Right from the very beginning of starting our first coffee shop at 2000, we believe in food freshly-made and prepared for our friends and customers, and that our cafes should be creating flavours from our own way of making. Additives, MSG, colouring agents etc. are forbidden to put in any of our food and products. We use only natural ingredients. This principle sometimes brings inconveniences in our operation, as well as a cut in our revenues to a certain degree. But we keep going along the same direction. We are deeply convinced that the society and consumers would be more and more aware of what they are eating and of the meaning behind their way of how they spend their money. Eventually, they would be more appreciative to enterprises whose operations bear similarities to the efforts we have always been putting in our cafes.
